What I teach is relevant, practical, and applicable to each student’s individualized context. Bringing humanity to therapy, I teach you how to be a therapist or coach from the inside out instead of the outside in. I value teaching to the sovereignty of other people.
I, thou, we. Everything I do is from this perspective — meaning I tune in relationally with every student. Relationship is more important than everything else, as is integrity and congruence.
